Junior UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

We are hiring a Junior UI/UX Designer who wants to grow inside a fast-moving digital services environment. This role is suited to someone with strong visual fundamentals, curiosity about user behavior, and the discipline to turn wireframes, design systems, and interface ideas into developer-friendly design output.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with wireframes, user flows, interface concepts, and responsive layout planning.
• Support UI mockup creation for websites, dashboards, landing pages, and product interfaces.
• Contribute to design systems, component consistency, and documentation for handoff.
• Collaborate with developers to clarify spacing, behavior, and implementation details.
• Participate in lightweight user research, inspiration gathering, and competitor reviews.
• Refine screens based on feedback while maintaining visual consistency and clarity.

Required Skills

• Strong design fundamentals across typography, spacing, hierarchy, and layout.
• Comfort working in Figma for UI exploration, organization, and handoff preparation.
• Basic understanding of responsive design and modern web or app interface patterns.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and incorporate feedback well.
• A portfolio or sample work that demonstrates interface thinking and visual craft.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to design systems or component libraries.
• Interest in UX thinking, user journeys, and usability-driven design decisions.
• Basic awareness of how developers translate designs into production interfaces.
