Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment coordination from sourcing follow-up through interview scheduling.
  • Conduct initial screening conversations and maintain candidate communication timelines.
  • Coordinate interview logistics with hiring stakeholders and candidates.
  • Track applicant progress, documentation, and hiring records with consistency.
  • Assist with basic HR operations, onboarding support, and internal people documentation.
  • Help create a clear, respectful, and responsive candidate experience throughout the process.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication skills with a professional and organized working style.
  • Ability to coordinate schedules, follow up consistently, and manage hiring details carefully.
  • Comfort handling documentation, spreadsheets, or basic recruitment tracking workflows.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a practical understanding of candidate experience.
  • Willingness to learn, stay responsive, and support people operations with ownership.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to recruitment coordination or HR internships is helpful but not required.
